According to the report published in one of America’s leading news portal HuffingtonPost, “Amid the endless hunt for an actor to play Christian Grey, you may have forgotten that “50 Shades of Grey” has other characters in it, too. Thank goodness Luke Grimes is here to jog your memory.”
The “True Blood” actor has been cast as Christian’s brother, Elliot, in the adaptation of E L James’ best-selling novel, Variety reports. Grimes is the fourth actor to join the cast.
Grimes, 29, starred in the indie thriller “All the Boys Love Mandy Lane” and “Taken 2.” He also had a recurring role on ABC’s “Brothers & Sisters” before being cast as Deborah Ann Woll’s new love interest, James, on “True Blood.”
According to the Hollywood’s sources the movie is set to go into production in early November.
The movie just has a few more supporting characters to cast, including Anastasia’s roommate and Christian’s bodyguard.
Earlier, Charlie Hunnam quit the “Fifty Shades of Grey” film just weeks after it was announced that he would play the beloved lead, Christian Grey. The “Sons of Anarchy” star faced tons of backlash after the announcement. Hunnam was reportedly only going to earn $125,000, E! Online wrote

Dakota Johnson has been on board as Anastasia Steele.
Jamie Dornan was announced earlier this week as Charlie Hunnam’s replacement in the Christian Grey’s role.
Jennifer Ehle will play Anastasia’s mother.
